Server Events

1. Click the subscription link for the calendar(s) you want to add.
2. When prompted, click "Yes" to add the calendar.
3. The calendar will appear in your "Other calendars" section in Google Calendar.
4. You can toggle the calendar's visibility by clicking on its name in the sidebar.

Note: You need to be logged into your Google account to add these calendars.

Once you've added the calendars, you can customize notification settings:

1. Go to Google Calendar.
2. In the left sidebar, hover over the calendar name under "Other calendars".
3. Click the three dots that appear, then select "Settings and sharing".
4. Scroll down to "Event notifications".
5. Click "Add notification" and select your preferred notification method and timing.
6. Options include email notifications and phone notifications (if you have the Google Calendar app).

If you want to stop receiving updates about our events:

Go to Google Calendar.

In the left sidebar, find the calendar name under "Other calendars".

Hover over the calendar name and click the three dots that appear.

Select "Settings and sharing".

Scroll down to the bottom and click "Unsubscribe".

Alternatively, for a temporary solution:

• Simply uncheck the calendar in the sidebar to hide its events without unsubscribing.
• You can turn off specific notifications in the calendar settings while keeping the calendar.

To access these calendars on your mobile device:

1. Install the Google Calendar app on your phone or tablet.
2. Sign in with the same Google account you used to subscribe.
3. The calendars will automatically appear in your app.
4. Tap on the hamburger menu (≡) in the top left, then make sure the calendars are checked to view them.

You can also receive push notifications on your mobile device by adjusting notification settings in the Google Calendar app.

The Gym Availability calendar shows when Pokémon gym leaders are available for challenges:

• This calendar is hidden by default as it's primarily for active SMP members
• To view gym leader availability, click the "Filter Events" dropdown at the top of the page
• Check the Gym Availability checkbox to show when gym leaders are accepting battle challenges
• Each event in this calendar represents times when a specific gym leader is available to fight
• SMP members can use this information to schedule their gym challenges at convenient times be reaching out to the gym leaders based on their availability

Note: If you're a gym leader and need to update your availability, please contact Vega for access to the google calandar until the Discord bot is avalible for this.
